"I've always felt vegetables were misunderstood. In general, people don't really get excited about vegetables," Chef Cohen told us. "Yes, they're a healthy part of our diet, but what about fulfilling, necessary, life-sustaining, or fun?"
"This year has been extraordinary for the Southampton History Museum. We've learned to adapt our wide-ranging programs into outdoor and electronic formats. To pay the bills we are taking imaginative steps to such as this picnic basket benefit following all NYS health and safety requirements," Tom Edmonds, Director of the Museum, relayed.

"With the pandemic shifting our habits and making in-person shopping riskier, we felt it more important than ever to bring our community great seasonal foods right to their doors," co-founder Michael Robinov said.
"We did a fundraiser and collected food for the local food pantries, but realized the problem being the local food pantries were only open a few days a week. Our pantry will be open every day of the week, 24 hours a day," Fainne Sheehan told us.
"I'm really inspired by art and fashion, and it definitely influences the way I present my food. I like to plate my dishes in a way that is artful and delicate, making sure the food is just as visually appealing as it is fresh and delicious to taste," Chef Yoshida told Hamptons.com.
"We're incredibly excited to be launching in Water Mill. We know that many folks have traveled out that way for the summer, and we hope that Bandit can become part of their everyday coffee, matcha & breakfast needs," says Crowley.
