"When you go to a restaurant you never think of the chef that put thought and love into that dish. Everything I do at the end of the day is for love," said Chef Danny Mena.

"The ancient Greeks believed that bees actually collected honey from the heavens, so there's always been a very strong connection between bees and spirituality," Xavier Rolet told the room of friends gathered for the tasting. "Napoleon made bees his emblem and in Ancient Greece they were a symbol of immortality."

"The money raised goes towards programs for these young people to teach them about fire fighting and encourage participation in the Department," Eric Halsey noted.

"Fish & Sips is a unique opportunity to enjoy wine and craft beverages from our local vineyards, breweries and distilleries, as well as the beautiful aquatic displays of the Long Island Aquarium," Bryan DeLuca relayed.

"A $20 donation gets you a mug and unlimited tastings from over 16 participating local restaurants and cooks who will be competing for a trophy and BRAGGING rights," Holly Reichart-Wheaton shared.

"Mealtimes are moments for discussion, introductions, sharing and rare moments of frivolity; where we are truly a community before breaking off to our respective activities throughout the day," Carlos Soto reflected.
