Now that the winter chill has finally thawed out for good and spring-like weather is here to stay, local farmstands and farmers markets will be opening soon.

"We're thrilled and humbled to be joining a portfolio of some of the world's most well-known and successful snacking brands," said Maura Mottolese, the chief executive officer of Tate's Bake Shop.

"It's amazing to think that all my years of experience as a restaurant chef could translate to something like this," Chef Cheewing reflected.

"We wanted to create a place where both locals and summer visitors could enjoy restaurant quality food in a relaxed atmosphere at an affordable price," Brian Mooney shared.
