Chess NYC is returning to the Hamptons again this year with its "Chess on the Beach" program, but has expanded to two one-week camps and relocated the camp program to Georgica Restaurant in Amagansett.

"There's a big juice culture in LA, so I've been into juices and smoothies since I was a teenager," noted Nicky Hilton.
