Don't miss out on the Hamptons' hottest music, parties and more.
It was all about the sunsets, shopping, and sunshine in the Hamptons over Father's Day weekend.
"The East End is not just a place I visit, it's where I live," explained Ina Garten. "And I feel strongly about maintaining what's beautiful here-not just on the surface-but what's under the surface: the quality of our water and land."
"We now have a billion dollars available for land protection and tens of thousands of acres protected," Robert DeLuca said. "And we want to do the same thing for waste water."
"The proceeds from the event fund opening our historic house museum for educational tours, exhibits, and events," noted Andrea Meyer.
"Hopefully , this event will be used for expanding services in prevention rather than healing," said Selina Pasca.
"We're looking forward to celebrating the start of the summer at a fabulous summer benefit for East End Hospice," said Theresa Murphy.
"The funds the Hamptons Heart Ball raises goes towards the important lifesaving work of the American Heart Association," noted Barbara Poliwoda.
"We hope everyone has a great time, and maybe walks away even more aware and committed to exactly what we do, as well as understands how it works, as that is vital to our growth which is exponential to our needs, and we need everyone's help," said GLWD President and CEO, Karen Pearl.
"Like Peter, I hope participants of the event will take away a commitment to their community, the community we all live in, we all enjoy, we all benefit from," emphasized Kayce Freed Jennings, wife of the late Peter Jennings and the heart behind Jazz for Jennings.
