Join OFVS Tuesday and Wednesday for a class designed for dancers of all experience levels and genres! This conditioning and technique class builds the strong foundation every performer needs to grow with confidence. Drawing from a variety of dance styles, students will develop strength, flexibility, musicality, and control while refining essential technical skills. Classes will focus on movement quality, performance presence and facial expressions, and the foundational techniques of multiple dance genres such as tap, jazz, musical theatre, lyrical, contemporary, ballet, and hip hop. Through engaging exercises, across-the-floor progressions, and dance combinations, dancers will strengthen rhythm, spatial awareness, and stamina in a fun and supportive environment.
