C Fine Art’s Hamptons Sculpture Sights, the East End’s premier outdoor sculpture exhibition series, takes root on Shelter Island for the upcoming season and beyond. Under the direction of sculpture specialist Cheryl Sokolow, C Fine Art + Advisory—a boutique gallery and advisory practice focused on contemporary outdoor sculpture & dimensional art.
The Cadence of Form explores the language of abstraction at its most essential: form, movement, composition, and material. The exhibition focuses on the immediacy of process and the physical presence of the work itself rather than narrative or symbolic interpretation.
Participating artists include Kevin Barrett, John Van Alstine, Norman Mooney, Bill Barrett, Hans Van de Bovenkamp, Joan Hall, Michael Enn Sirvet, Libby Raab, Mercedes Vicente, Isobel Folb Sokolow, and John Born.
