Start your day with movement among the vines. Enjoy a unique outdoor yoga experience set against the backdrop of Wölffer Estate, designed to energize your body and reset your mind. From slow, restorative flows to more dynamic sessions, there’s something for every level.

Class Schedule
Saturdays: 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM & 10:15 AM
Sundays: 9:00 AM & 10:15 AM

Details
• Drop-in rate: $40 per class
• Classes are primarily yoga with occasional pilates, sculpt and sound baths
• Please bring your own yoga mat (mats and water available for purchase)
• Parking available behind the greenhouse at The Wine Stand
• All participants must complete a liability waiver

After class, stay and enjoy the Wine Stand, open from 11 AM with wines, cheese boards, and a seasonal menu.
