The Hampton Maid   (https://www.hamptonmaid.com/raire) has announced they will celebrate Mother’s Day with a special brunch prix fixe menu on Sunday, May 10 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The menu will highlight seasonal selections and house specialties, designed for enjoying time, without the rush. Cost is $50 per person for adults and $20 for children and includes coffee and tea, plus tax and gratuity. Traditional Eggs Benedict

Canadian bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce on a toasted English muffin, served with home fries

 

Wild Mushroom Omelette

Mixed mushrooms, shallots and goat cheese served with toast & home fried potatoes

 

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes

With fresh berries and whipped lemon mascarpone creme

 

Western Omelette

Diced ham, tri-colored peppers, onions, toast and home fried potatoes

 

Wild Maine Blueberry Pancakes

With choice of bacon or sausage
