The Art Barge Open House

Please join us as we launch our 2026 season at The Art Barge with a special Open House honoring founders Mabel D’Amico and Victor D’Amico on Sunday, May 24, from 1–4 p.m.

Spend the afternoon by the bay celebrating art, creativity, and community. This afternoon will feature the opening of Artist & Teachers: 35 Artist-Educators at The Art Barge, an exhibition showcasing the work of Barge instructors whose creative practices continue to inspire and enrich our community. The exhibition will remain on view throughout the summer season.

On the upper deck, visitors of all ages are invited to drop anchor and stay for hands-on art making — paint, cut, glue, and create in the spirit of experimentation and creativity that has defined The Art Barge for generations.

At the same time, the D’Amico House will be open for free tours, offering guests a glimpse into the creative world and lifestyle of Mabel and Victor D’Amico.

Visitors may begin at either location:

• The Art Barge: 110 Napeague Meadow Road, Amagansett
• The D’Amico House: 128 Shore Road, Amagansett
