Seasonal Amagansett seafood spot, the Clam Bar, has re-opened for the 2014 season. Located along the Napeague stretch, the popular destination is one of Martha Stewart’s favorite Hamptons restaurants.
The menu showcases a variety of fresh options from fish to lobster, and of course the staple, clams which come on the half shell, in chowder, fried or stuffed. Owner Dick Ehrlich, relies on a fleet of local fishermen for the catch of the day.
The Amagansett restaurant is currently open Friday through Sunday from 12 to 6 p.m.
