On Saturday, July 18th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., enjoy two warm weather foodie favorites when Wolffer Wine Stand and Hill Country Barbecue, the beloved Texas-style barbecue joint, team up. As we all know, summer in the Hamptons isn’t complete without having at least one glass of Wolffer’s Rosé. While for many, their immediate thought is to pair BBQ fair with beer, we think rosé is another great option.
“My wife Kristen and I are Hamptons home owners ourselves – it’s a great place to bring our four kids and to enjoy weekends with family and friends,” said Marc Glosserman, owner of Hill Country Barbecue Market. “We’re always looking for ways to bring a taste of our Texas-style barbecue and Southern hospitality to the Hamptons.”
The morning will kickoff with a walk through the vineyard led by Winemaker and Partner Roman Roth and Vineyard Manager Rich Pisacano. During which, attendees will learn about Wollfer’s sustainable viticulture and taste wines and hard ciders. After the stroll, guests will enjoy a Hill Country-prepared barbecue feast featuring brisket, ribs and chicken served alongside classic barbecue sides like potato salad, burnt-end baked beans and slaw.
