On Tuesday, August 16th, the Montauk Yacht Club Resort and Marina will be hosting their first ever complimentary dinner for Montauk residents.
The newly refreshed Club will offer a five-course dinner for locals prepared by the chefs of the resort’s restaurant, Coast Kitchen. In addition to the meal that will be created with local and fresh ingredients, alcohol will be available for purchase.

“We want to welcome Montauk locals to Coast Kitchen, our signature restaurant, for a first-hand experience of our fresh take on Montauk cuisine,” explained General Manager of the Club, Matthew Hittleman. “The Montauk Yacht Club Resort and Marina is a long-standing staple of our town and the Montauk community is always a source of support.”
The menu will include steamed pork buns, lobster bisque, a sorbet intermezzo, hanger steak and shrimp, white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and several other tasty options.
“This is our way of saying thank you,” added Hittleman.
Reservations are required to attend. They are offered on a first come, first serve basis and can be made for a party of four at the maximum. A photo ID will be used to validate Montauk residency. There will be three seating times to choose from: 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m.
