We know that the summer season is quickly approaching and you may already be working hard on perfecting that beach body, but the tri-annual, award-winning Long Island Restaurant Week is back to tempt you with a delicious, incomparable deal.
For eight gluttonous evenings this April you might want to put your diet on hold and try a new eatery that you’ve been looking forward to or stop by an old favorite, as many restaurants across Long Island’s 118 miles will offer up a unique $28.95 menu that encompasses a minimum choice of three appetizers, three entrées and three desserts.
“It is expected that the campaign this spring will garner more than 150 participants,” noted Steve Haweeli, President of Long Island Restaurant & Marketing Hospitality Group – the business-to-consumer promotions division of WordHampton Public Relations. “With more than 2.8 million residents and 1,000 restaurants with varied cuisines, concepts and price points, it is no wonder why we started the highly anticipated Long Island Restaurant Week.”
On the East End, participating restaurants will include Coast Kitchen at the Montauk Yacht Club in Montauk, Page at 63 Main in Sag Harbor, Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor, Le Charlot Southampton in Southampton, Union Cantina in Southampton, 1 North Steakhouse in Hampton Bays, Cowfish in Hampton Bays, Rumba in Hampton Bays, Stone Creek Inn in East Quogue, Bistro 72 in Riverhead, Stonewalls at the Woods in Riverhead, Jamesport Manor Inn in Jamesport, The North Fork Table & Inn in Southold, A Lure Restaurant in Southold, noah’s in Greenport, Trumpets On The Bay in Eastport, Cooperage Inn in Baiting Hollow, La Plage Restaurant in Wading River, and Legends in New Suffolk.
“Here at Union Cantina we aim to please, participating in Long Island Restaurant Week is a great way for our guests to have a new dining experience for an amazing price,” noted Chris Cappiello, manager at Union Cantina. “Restaurant Week allows our guests to try new items and enjoy exciting flavors. We also believe that one week is not long enough, so we often extend our prix fixe menu an extra week, giving the opportunity for more to participate.”
The dining deals will be available Sunday, April 23 through Sunday, April 30.
