On Thursday, May 4, several of the East End’s best bakers, caterers, and restaurants battled it out for top honors during American Heart Association’s Hamptons Heart Ball Dessert Challenge at Centro Trattoria & Bar in Hampton Bays.
The local favorites dazzled attendees with their best heart-friendly sweet treats, with the hope of being awarded best dessert – an honor that would win them the opportunity to be featured at the American Heart Association’s 21st Annual Hamptons Heart Ball on Saturday, June 10 at the Southampton Arts Center in Southampton.
In the end, while each dessert was wonderful and it was truly difficult for guests to decide, it was Sydney’s Taylor Made Cuisine in Westhampton Beach and the Blue Duck Bakery, which has locations in Southampton, Greenport, Riverhead, and Southold, that earned the most votes and will once again impress guests with their irresistible culinary creation, but, this time it will be at the 21st Annual Hamptons Heart Ball.
