Directions: Muddle mint leaves in rocks glass. Add all additional ingredients to shaker. Shake and pour over muddled mint leaves. Garnish with shredded coconut.
Directions: In a shallow pan, add rum, lemon peel, cinnamon stick, orange peel, coffee beans and simple syrup. Set the combination on fire and allow to burn for 3 minutes. Extinguish the flame by adding the coffee and serve in a mug.

Directions: Mix all ingredients together as a batch. Shake a singular serving with ice and top off with a cinnamon stick and a maraschino cherry.
