At some point during the day you have to put down that Pumpkin Spice Latte – or you’ll never be able to fall asleep. If you just can’t get enough seasonal sips, here are eight fall inspired cocktails:
Pinnacle® Whipped® Hot Cider:
Directions: First, pour vodka into a heat-proof mug then, fill the rest of the mug with hot apple cider. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish (optional).
The Pumpkin King: (Created by Kourtney Wenke of Butapub)
Directions: Shake and pour into glass, top with ginger beer and a lemon slice.
Kim Crawford Spiced Moon Martini:
Directions: Add all ingredients except cinnamon to a cocktail tin and shake until you feel the mixture foaming. Add ice to the tin and shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve. (Note: The consumption of raw or undercooked eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness.)
Spiced Honey Syrup:
Directions: Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring just to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Let cool.
Sauza® Minted Mule:
Directions: Add all ingredients to a copper cup and stir. Add ice to the cup and stir again. Garnish with mint leaves.
Puddin’ on the Ritz: (Created by Pamela Wiznitzer, USBG NY Chapter President and Creative Director of Seamstress, NY)
Directions: Shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with grated cinnamon and nutmeg and 1 star anise.
The Mark West Autumn Breeze:
