Are you absolutely overjoyed that the official start of summer (Wednesday, June 21) is here?!? Well, break out the popsicle molds or shaker and whip up a refreshingly cold beverage to celebrate.
Sparkling Cherry Champagne Pops:

Directions: Fill your trays or molds with half Sparkling Ice and half champagne, topping each with a scoop of chopped raspberries. If using ice cube trays cover tray tightly with tin foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the foil into each cube. If using an ice pop maker place the handle sticks into the molds. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen. This recipe works with any of your favorite Sparkling Ice flavors and fresh fruit.
Strawberry Lemonade Sangria:
Directions: Add orange liqueur and lemonade to shaker with ice and mix. Pour into glass and top with lemon lime soda and Barefoot Moscato. Add lemon and strawberry slices and garnish with mint.

Directions: Combine Casa Noble and orange juice in a glass with ice. Pour grenadine down inside wall of the glass (don’t stir). Fill with Corona Light. Garnish with orange wheel.

Directions: Place basil and lemon in a shaker and muddle well. Fill shaker with crushed ice, then add Snowbirds Vintners rosé wine, orange vodka, and simple syrup. Shake, and strain into a Martini Glass. Garnish with citrus twists.

Directions: Blend all ingredients (making sure tops of strawberries are cut off) with 1.5 cups of ice until smooth and pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a strawberry and orange twist.
