Rich Rosé + Blackberry + Basil:
5-6 large Ice Cubes
Handful of Blackberries
2-3 leaves of Basil

Directions: Place 5 ice cubes in a large wine glass, sprinkle in blackberries, top with Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé, and finish with fresh leaves of basil.
Rey de Reyes:
1 part Ancho Reyes Verde
1 part Ancho Reyes Original
1 part fresh Lime Juice
Rich Simple Syrup (2:1 sugar:water)
Small pinch Salt
1 dash Angostura
Directions: Combine ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a coupe glass.

1 1/4 parts Drambuie
3/4 part Hendrick’s Gin
1/2 part Lemon Juice
1/2 part Crème de Mure
2 tsp Cranberry-Orange Compote
1 tsp Plain Greek Yogurt
Skewered Cranberries, for garnish
Lemon Twist, for garnish
Directions: Serve in Double rocks glass over pebble ice. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake vigorously and double-strain over pebble ice.

1 ½ parts Hudson Single Malt
1 part apple cider
½ part fresh lemon juice
½ part simple syrup
Ginger beer to top
Apple Slice, for garnish
Dusting of Grated Nutmeg, for garnish
Hudson Whiskey Spiced Apple Sour:
Directions: Build cocktail over ice in a tall Collins glass. Stir to combine. Garnish with thin apple slice and dusting of grated nutmeg.

2 parts Reyka Vodka
2 parts Chai Tea
1 part Coconut Milk
1/2 part Vanilla
Grown Cinnamon, for garnish

Directions: Combine all the ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake, strain and garnish.
