JS Squared, the developers of Watermill Crossing, a luxury town home community in the heart of Water Mill, NY, have broken ground. The development is being built by Racanelli Construction, with an anticipated completion date of Summer 2023.

Watermill Crossing townhouses are being represented by Saunders & Associates brokers Ed Bruehl and Jennifer Wilson. Sales are off to an impressive start with multiple units in contract and showings occurring daily.

“This is the most exciting real estate opportunity in the Hamptons,” said Ed Bruehl of Saunders & Associates. “The property is thoughtfully conceived, the build top-shelf and the location is downtown Water Mill Village.”

Watermill Crossing

“People today enjoy living in multiple places and this development is perfect for them,” says Jennifer Wilson. “It’s not about people downsizing their homes, but about buyers enjoying a multi-location lifestyle with all of their amenities taken care of for them.”

Developed by JS Squared, a multi-disciplined real estate development company lead by James Stanton and Jeffrey Suchman, Watermill Crossing’s groundbreaking represents another successful project by the firm.  Jeffrey Suchman’s most recent development in East Hampton is the new CVS pharmacy. James Stanton, president of the Worldwide Group has developed renowned structures on Billionaire’s Row in Manhattan as well as condominiums throughout New York City.

Sited on a manicured 6.4 acres in the heart of Water Mill, adjacent to Soul Cycle, Provisions Natural Food Market and Bistro Ete. This new community with full services and amenities will include a centrally located clubhouse set amid beautiful landscaping and featuring a fitness room, locker rooms with showers, great room and a comfortable lounge with card tables, a food prep area and wet bar. Outdoors amidst a large stone patio sits an oversized gunite pool and separate spa. Each two story townhouse will range from 2,500 to 2,800 square feet providing the ultimate in luxurious village living.

Watermill Crossing

Watermill Crossing’s design team consists of: McDonough & Conroy Architects, Mabley Handler Interior Design, and Araiys Landscaping Design. The services on the property include landscaping, snow removal, pool service and electric vehicle charging stations. Townhome pricing ranges from $2.095M to $2.895M.

A showroom for Watermill Crossing has been set up at the Saunders & Associates office in Southampton Village at 14 Main Street.

  • Winter in Austria Wine Dinner at Nick & Toni’s

Nick & Toni’s is one of the most iconic restaurants in the Hamptons. Jeff Salaway and Toni Ross opened the space in East Hampton in 1988, and it immediately garnered well-deserved praise. The restaurant is rooted in farm-to-table Mediterranean cuisine, the philosophy being to source everything possible locally, and the menu is inspired by simply prepared seasonal produce with an emphasis on natural flavors. @nickandtonis
