On Saturday, July 15, nutrition company Revere will celebrate its launch during the Summer of Wellth at Gurney’s Montauk. The morning of fitness will include Y7, we flow hard vinyasa yoga with Kristin Calabria, Dogpound, one of the hottest workout spaces in New York City, and DANCEBODY.
“We started Revere to guide people to the right nutrition to fuel their workouts, so it only made sense to launch with Y7,” shared Alexandra Blodgett, Revere co-founder. “Y7 is all about guiding you to find your own flow. They give you the structure and sequence, but you can then change it to however your body feels.”
The “Dogpound Style” boxing class, which counts Hugh Jackman and Victoria’s Secret models as fans, mixes strength training and cardio, and “is as close to actual fighting as you will get outside a ring.”
“Being surrounded by nature will help you let go of what you think you should be doing so you can listen to what you body needs,” noted Blodgett. “Kristin Calabria, thought leader and teacher, will be leading our special 45 minute class. We will be there after to meet everyone, replenish you with Revere, and share why we exist.”
Gurney’s Montauk is located at 290 Old Montauk Highway in Montauk. To sign up for the classes, visit summerofwellth.com.
