Alex Rodriguez, a 14-time All-Star that played for the Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers, and New York Yankees, is helping bring TruFusion, a “high-energy, all-in-one fitness hybrid,” to the Hamptons this summer.
“I’m so excited to be bring the TruFusion experience out to the Hamptons this summer where my friends and New Yorkers can have the best quality classes right there in Southampton,” noted Rodriguez, who is also a board member of the company. “TruFusion is quickly becoming the new standard for how people work out and will give people a taste of what to expect before we launch in Soho later this year.”
The studio offers more than 65 unlimited assorted workout styles, such as heated and non-heated classes that include yoga, barre, Pilates, bootcamp, boxing, cycling, aerial, kettlebell, and battle ropes. The Hamptons location will feature a variety of classes, including 45 to 75-minute workouts like TruExpress and Tru Foundations signature classes, as well as Pilates Core and Tru Hot Pilates, Kettlebell Core and Kettlebell Booty. Additionally, a Down & Dirty Bootcamp (“R-rated fun for adults”) and Soulful Sunday ( a hot Vinyasa yoga with modern and classic songs) will be available.

The pop-up Southampton location will open over Memorial Day weekend on Friday, May 25 and run through Labor Day.
Last year A-Rod spent time in Las Vegas where he came across TruFusion and became hooked. After witnessing the transformative nature of the workouts, he decided to become a major investor, equity partner and board member.
Earlier this year, he attended the opening of the Coral Gables TruFusion along with girlfriend Jennifer Lopez.
In addition to the Hamptons location, this fall TruFusion will make its way to New York City.
Classes are $30 and can be booked online. TruFusion Hamptons will be open Mondays through Thursdays, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
