Tracy Anderson Method Introducing Two New Classes At Hamptons Studio

Devotees of the Tracy Anderson Method will have two new reasons to love the workout that counts Jennifer Lopez, Gwyneth Paltrow, Katie Lee, Victoria Beckham, Lena Dunham, Hilary Rhoda, Nicole Richie, and Robert Downey Jr. as fans: sTAmina Band cardio and DeTAil Band.

“sTAmina Band and DeTAil Band are the perfect ways to make sure that you reach all of the important transitional muscles in your upper body that help with your heart health and muscle definition without causing the stressful damage that lifting heavy weights can cause,” noted Tracy Anderson, Creator of the Tracy Anderson Method. “My band systems and the content I have created for their use create a healthy, strong, lean muscle with very tight skin tone.”

Making their debut this summer, sTAmina Band cardio is the Method’s latest cardio component, while DeTAil Band is a 50-minute workout focused on utilizing Tracy Anderson’s patented Iso-Kinetic Band System.

sTAmina Band cardio, which is also a 50-minute class, revolves around high-intensity agility movements accompanied by light weights and the Iso-Kinetic Band System. Conventional training may not incorporate working on upper body strength often, but this class most certainly does.

During DeTAil Band, bands that are suspended from the ceiling take center stage during the workout that features sequences that employ and shape the entire body.

“By way of including all muscles as a unit to work together to control the buoyant resistance, both of these classes builds a flexible muscular structure that is ready to move and less prone to injury,” Anderson added.

Both classes will be available at Tracy Anderson Method’s Water Mill and East Hampton studios. Classes are $45.
