The North Fork Table & Inn’s beloved Food Truck has made its 2021 debut – and Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser, who took over the North Fork Table & Inn last year, has created a special completely new menu focused on smoked vegetables and meats.
“We are thrilled to have launched our Food Truck for the summer season this past Memorial Day Weekend with a revamped menu,” said Chef John Fraser. “For the second year of the Food Truck, and the debut of a new smoker, we focused on offerings highlighting smoked meats and vegetables – while continuing to showcase the bounty from our local farms and purveyors.”
Located at the property’s North Lawn, the Food Truck offers a more casual outdoor spot to dine at. To compliment the bites, there will also be outdoor games and communal picnic tables.
“Some of my favorites include The Truck Burger, heirloom Tomato Pie, Lobster-Corn Fritters fried with ramp aioli and the Griddle Flounder Sandwich with tarragon tartar sauce,” Chef Fraser shared. “We’ll also feature a weekly rotation of fresh shucked oysters, clams and lobster.”
The Food Truck at the North Fork Table & Inn will be open 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Friday through Sunday through June, and Wednesday through Sunday, starting in July.
“As the world reopens, we wanted to create a new image of our food truck, one that feels romantic and lush with vegetation reflecting our love for the North Fork,” Chef Fraser said. “We are excited to welcome our returning guests and new faces to the Food Truck this summer.”
