Solé East is hosting “A Night of Classic Italian Food & Film” to benefit the Montauk Playhouse Community Center Foundation (MPCCF) on Saturday, June 15 at 7 p.m. The event will feature fare by guest celebrity chef Ralph Pagano, the executive chef of Alba restaurant at Solé on the Ocean in Florida, who has made appearances on “Iron Chef” and “Hell’s Kitchen”.
The night kicks off with a cocktail hour at 7 p.m., featuring appetizers, beer, wine, sangria, and specialty cocktails. Dinner service starts at 8 p.m. with a cash bar. The evening will feature a screening of “It Started in Naples,” a 1960 romantic comedy starring Clark Gable and Sophia Loren at 9 p.m. Other event highlights include a 50/50 raffle, and a raffle for a two-night stay at Solé on the Ocean in Florida.
All proceeds from the event will benefit MPCCF whose goal is to raise funds for the restoration and development of the historic Montauk Playhouse, creating a vital community center for the arts, education, recreation and human services for Montauk and the East End.
