The Bridgehampton Benefit will host A Night Under the Stars, an exclusive Hamptons charity event benefiting the Starkey Hearing Foundation, The Needlers Foundation and the Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (LICADD), on Saturday, August 6th from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Campbell Stables.
The extraordinary soiree will bring out several special guests, including 50 Cent, Verne Troyer (A.K.A. “Mini Me”), WABC anchor Rita Cosby, model and actor Arnaud De Champvigy, Kim Feenstra of Holland’s Next Top Model, and model and actress Fatou N’Diyae. Guests of the evening should also expect to see athletes, musicians, designers, chefs and many other notable names.
The benefit was established to help incredible causes from our local area, as well as to provide the opportunity for supporters to mix and mingle with celebrities, enjoy a Fashion Show featuring New York Designers, an art auction, and an exotic classic car show.
“We are so excited to be able to contribute to the Starkey Hearing Foundation whose beacon of hope echoes through their motto ‘Alone we can’t do much. Together we can change the world.’ Their motto speaks wonders to us, especially as we collaborate with the Needlers Foundation and the Long Island Council of Alcoholism and Drug Dependence,” remarked event coordinator, Noë Brown. “They all aim to help better the lives of underprivileged children and their families.”
Attendees will enjoy a cocktail event from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. that will include a meet and greet with celebrity athletes, a fashion show, live art auction and local artists performances. The main event will follow and feature celebrity artist performances, beneficiaries’ introductions, special guest awareness speeches, and dancing with celebrity DJ, DJ Irie.
A Night Under the Stars was born from a long-lived friendship between Jason Zimmerman, Founder of Bridgehampton Benefit, and Brady Forseth, Executive Director of the Starkey Hearing Foundation. Zimmerman and Forseth’s hope was to hold one of the most prestigious affairs during the Hamptons summer.
“We have been able to assemble an elite network of heart-centered people to bring their support to Starkey,” added Brown. “We are ecstatic to use this year’s event as the springboard to many more events that will focus on supporting Starkey in addition to other foundations.”
The money raised during the event will support what the organizations wholeheartedly do by helping children around the world, as well as their families.
Tickets begin at $500.
