From Hampton Bays to Montauk, this weekend is packed with beach parties, live performances and more.
Head to The End for a performance from Jesse Harris and The Cabana Kids at The Surf Lodge (183 Edgemere Street, Montauk, 631-483-5037, thesurflodge.com) on Thursday, August 14, 2014. The Summer Concert Series continues with Young & Sick on Saturday and Delorean on Sunday.
Also in Montauk, The Backyard Restaurant at Solé East (90 Second House Road, Montauk, 631-668-2105, www.soleeast.com) is hosting a weekend of live music. Reggae favorite Winston Irie and the Selective Security Band are kicking things off on Thursday at 9 p.m. Montauk favorites Jettykoon are performing on Friday at 8 p.m. followed by DJ Faze at 10 p.m. Saturday DJ Faze is returning for a poolside set from 1 to 6 p.m. New York City based band MisterWives take the stage as part of the Summer Concert Series starting at 7 p.m. and DJ Faze is back on at 10 p.m. As per usual, Solé is ending the weekend with a Jazz and Bosso Nova Brunch with music by Ludmilla and Marcello from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In Amagansett, enjoy a performance from Free Grass Union at 8 p.m. and The Wild Ones at 10 p.m. on Thursday at The Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, 631-267-3117, stephentalkhouse.com). On Friday, Isabel Rose is on at 8 p.m. and The Wild Ones is returning for their second Talkhouse performance of the weekend at 10 p.m. On Saturday, Tom Curren will perform at 7 p.m., followed by VHS Collection at 9 p.m., and Hello Brooklyn at 11 p.m. It’ll be a family affair on Sunday when Rufus Wainwright and Martha Wainwright take the stage at 8 p.m. and then end the weekend with Reggae Night showcasing Inner Roots at 10 p.m. Monday will feature The Sectionals at 8 p.m. and Outrageous Open Mic Night at 10 p.m. Catch The Glazzies & Marco With Love on Tuesday at 8 p.m. and Industry Night at 10 p.m.

Stop by Taps (1271 North Sea Road, Southampton, 631-259-2998) on Friday for high energy alternative rock, reggae and hip-hop influenced music from Dune Local and heavy, psychedelic, loud, manic, emotion-driven rock n’ roll from People’s Blues of Richmond (PBR). The performances, which are presented by Conscience Point Promotions, begin at 10 p.m.
Zum Schneider Montauk (4 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk, 631-238-5963, www.zumschneider.com) will have classic R&B, rockabilly, blues and country music from the Lone Sharks on Friday, Matt Wade is back on Saturday, and Joe Delia & Thieves are also returning for another Tuesday night show showcasing surf blues. All performances start at 9 p.m. and end at 11:59 p.m.
