Ringing in the New Year in the Hamptons? Welcome 2019 at one of these gatherings.
Centro Trattoria & Bar (336 Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, 631-594-5744, www.centrohamptons.com) is presenting two special a la carte menu seatings at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., followed by a 3-course special menu seating at 9 p.m. – which is when a DJ will officially get the party started. The evening will also include a midnight champagne toast.
You can Laugh, Dine and Dance your way into the New Year at Suffolk Theater (118 East Main Street, Riverhead, 631-727-4343, www.suffolktheater.com). There will be standup from Talia Reese, Steve Lazarus and Rob Falcone, followed by music from DJ Phil, – and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. Admission begins at $45.
Long Island Aquarium & Exhibition Center (431 East Main Street, Riverhead, 631-208-9200, www.longislandaquarium.com) is hosting Fishes & Wishes, a family-friendly affair. From 6:30 to 11 p.m., partygoers will be treated to entertainment, a buffet dinner, music, a mock-Midnight toast at 10:30 p.m., and more. Admission is $60 for children and $99 for adults.
New Year’s Eve at the Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, 631-267-3117, stephentalkhouse.com) kicks off with GE Smith and friends at 8 p.m., followed by The Nancy Atlas Project at 10 p.m. Tickets are $40.
Almond (1 Ocean Road, Bridgehampton, www.almondrestaurant.com ) will host a special locally sourced five-course prix fixe menu, beginning at 9 p.m. Attendees will receive party favors and there will also be a champagne toast. Admission is $125 per person.
Cowfish (258 East Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, 631-594-3868, cowfishrestaurant.com) is hosting its New Year’s Eve Champagne & Confetti Celebration with a four-course dinner option – seatings start at 8 p.m., a DJ, dancing, balloon drop, and a champagne toast at midnight. Admission is $75 in advance and $90 at the door.
Southampton Social Club’s (256 Elm Street, Southampton, 631-287-1400, www.southamptonsocialclub.com) New Year’s Eve Party will feature a champagne toast at midnight, party favors, hors d’oeuvres, a 4-hour open bar with top shelf liquor brands, coverage of the ball drop live from Times Square, music, and more. Admission begins at $95 per person, and attendees have the option to add a 4-course dinner, presented by award winning Chef Scott Kampf and bottle service to their celebration. The NYE celebration will take place from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and dinner seating will start at 7 p.m.
Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa (290 Old Montauk Highway, Montauk, 631-668-2345, www.gurneysmontauk.com) is ringing in the New Year with Gone to Gurneys, starting at 9 p.m. The celebration, which is inspired by the Gurney’s Beach Club, will include a 4-hour open bar, beats by DJ Vikas Sapra, and more.
Union Cantina’s (40 Bowden Square, Southampton, 631-377-3500, www.unioncantina.net) New Year’s Eve party will kick-off at 9 p.m. The evening will include a 4-hour top shelf open bar, hors d’oeuvres, a buffet dinner and dessert table, live music from The Bay Ridge All Stars, coverage of the Times Square ball drop, and more. Veuve Clicquot is presenting A Hamptons New Year! at Topping Rose House (1 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton, 631-537-0870, www.toppingrosehouse.com). The masquerade event will commence at 10 p.m., featuring a DJ, flowing champagne, hors d’oeuvres provided by Jean Georges, and a 3-hour open bar. Admission is $125 per person.
