The 8th Annual Winterfest – Live On The Vine presented by Suffolk County National Bank will debut during a musical bash at the Suffolk Theater on Friday, February 6th. The opening night festivities will feature performances by Randy Jackson, Kerry Kearney Band, a late night all-star jam Jack’s Waterfall, and Pandafan, starting at 6:30 p.m. Attendees will be transported back in time to an age of grandeur as they enjoy live music at the restored 1933 art deco theater.
“We would like to thank Suffolk County National Bank for their support,” expressed Jim Faith, Producer of Winterfest – Live On The Vine. “The Winterfest kickoff party is a perfect example of what the fest is all about.”
The six-week mid-winter music festival official begins on Saturday, February 21st and will run through Sunday, March 29th. Winterfest celebrates the talent musicians of Long Island as well as nationwide headliners during a series of concerts taking place throughout the East End. Faith noted attendees should expect “inspired music in a creative environment!” Over 50 emerging artists and notable performers will take part in the annual festival.
Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Faith told us it’s “a great way to kickoff this unique Winter Music Festival!”
The Suffolk Theater is located at 118 East Main Street in Riverhead. For more information about the Winterfest – Live On The Vine Kickoff Party, call 631-727-4343 or visit www.liwinterfest.com.
