Iris Dankner, the founder of Holiday House as well as a 22-year veteran breast cancer survivor, was inspired to combine her two passions, interior design and fundraising for breast cancer research, to create a high-profile interior design event in New York City to benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). Holiday House donates all gala and general admission ticket sales to the BCRF, and has become one of NYC and the Hamptons’ leading design events. She has held 12 Holiday House events in New York City, one in London, and this will be the fourth in the Hamptons.
“We are delighted to be honoring our dear friends and colleagues Design Chairs Kristen Farrell, Thom Filicia, Carson Kressley and Amy Lau, and are grateful to be working with such a gifted group of seasoned and emerging professionals for this summer’s showhouse,” Dankner noted. “Together we are building awareness about and funds for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.”
