Food Network star Katie Lee has put her Hamptons home on the market. The 6-bedroom abode is located on nearly 2 acres of land in Water Mill. To customize the house to her liking, Lee turned to her friend, interior designer Nate Berkus to help with an interior renovation.
Currently listed for $6.5 million, the 6,300 sq ft oasis features a stainless steel chef’s kitchen, complete with a butler’s pantry with a third oven, a roomy master bedroom suite with a fireplace, balcony, spacious walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom, and a stunning outdoor entertaining area, with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, a fire pit, and an oversized heated gunite pool and spa.
The cookbook author and “The Kitchen” co-host still wants to live in the Hamptons, but she is looking to downsize from her current East End home. “I am working more and I want to simplify,” she told The Wall Street Journal. She is also excited to take on another renovation. “I have always enjoyed the process of renovating and decorating and I’m ready for my next project,” Lee said.
