Hampton Designer Showhouse To Feature A Duo Of Statuesque Hamptons Houses

The summer showcase for America’s premier design talent, The Hampton Designer Showhouse, will return with a special edition this summer. Now in its 17th year, The Hampton Designer Showhouse will feature over 30 top interior designers and decorative artists from the Hamptons, New York City and nationwide at two – that’s right two – showhouses in Southampton.

“The opportunity of doing two homes for the 2017 Hampton Designer Showhouse presented itself and we found it to be very exciting!” said Tony Manning, President of Hampton Designer Showhouse Foundation Inc. “It’s something we have not done before and we thought it would be fun and interesting for visitors of the Showhouse.”

The Showhouse will debut with a Gala Preview Cocktail Party on Saturday, July 22, and will run until Labor Day (Monday, September 4). Proceeds from the Showhouse will benefit Southampton Hospital.

“Our participating designers are working hard and we cannot wait for the Showhouse to open this summer,” Manning added. “And, of course, with two houses, we have more designers and more for people to see!” This year’s Showhouse will take place at a duo of Hamptons homes that were generously donated by Paramount Custom Homes, and the Showhouse Boutiques will be provided by Deluxe.

This year’s designers include A-List Interiors, Anne Tarasoff Interiors, Apartment 48, Art Works & Designs, Inc., Ashbourne, Baltimore Design Group, Brady Design, Ciuffo Cabinetry, Davin Interiors, East End Home Co., Eddie Ross for The Mine, English Country Home, Eva Art & Design Inc., Grayson De Vere, Greg McKenzie Design, Gregory Shano Interiors for the East Hampton Gardens, Jean Liu Design LLC, Ken Gemes Interiors, Kim E. Courtney Interiors, Libby Langdon Interiors, Lillian August Furnishings + Designs, Lisa Mende Design, M. Frederick Design, Mabley Handler Interior Design, Mancaves, Melanie Roy Design, Michael Del Piero Good Design, Old Town Crossing Interior Design, Rajni Alex Design, Sea Green Designs, Vintage Interior Design, Inc. and Wolf Interior Designs.

Mario Buatta will serve as Honorary Showhouse Chairman, with Jamie Drake and Alexa Hampton as Honorary Design Co-Chairmen.

The Gala Preview Cocktail Party will be held on Saturday, July 22 from 6 to 8:30 p.m., and the Showhouse will open to the public starting Sunday, July 23. The Showhouse will be open Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Children six and under, infants, strollers and pets will not be admitted to the Showhouse.

Tickets to the gala are $225. Admission to the Showhouse is $40 and includes a Showhouse Journal.
