210 Hampton Road in Southampton, the former home of Red Bar Brasserie, is on the market for the first time in more than 20 years.
“This spot is a great opportunity,” Nicole Tunick and Zachary Tunick, Douglas Elliman agents who represent the property, relayed.
The Hamptons property is listed for $4.5 million. Situated on 3/4 of an acre, the restaurant comes with grandfathered onsite parking. Along with the 4,530-square-foot, 92-seat eatery, the site also features a three-bedroom, two-bath single family residence, which is currently producing rental income. There are also three bedrooms and one bath above the restaurant that could be utilized as staff housing.
During Red Bar’s 22-year-run, the Southampton staple would often book up weeks in advance on weekends. “There aren’t many freestanding restaurants like this that are available, especially ones that have been home to two very successful restaurants for more than 50 years,” the duo noted.
