Artist Pamela Dovak, a new member to the Hamptons Association, was thrilled to be involved with such a welcoming organization and to have the chance to showcase her photography.
The record-breaking show attracted a slew of artists and community members who enjoyed refreshments, and fine art while getting the opportunity to socialize with local, award-winning artists. The reception also included a book signing of “Sisu” by author Aura Levitas, who helped fund the Levitas Center for the Arts in the Southampton Cultural Center.
The Southampton Artists Association holds four annual shows at the Levitas Center throughout the year, as well as an “Art in the Park” outdoor exhibit in Agawam Park in July. The Memorial Day Show will remain open thru Sunday, June 1.
