“Royal Pains,” the USA hit series starring Mark Feuerstein, Paulo Costanzo, Brooke D’Orsay, Campbell Scott, Jill Flint, Reshma Shetty, and Ben Shenkman, is looking to cast several East End locals as extras in its seventh and eighth seasons.
After becoming blacklisted from the medical community, Hank Lawson (Feuerstein) restarts his career as a “concierge doctor” for the Hamptons’ rich, famous and infamous. The Hamptons-based series is returning to the East End to film several scenes this week, starting Wednesday, April 22nd through Friday, April 24th. Background casting will be coordinated by Grant Wilfley Casting, who has cast extras for several other movies filmed in the Hamptons, including “Something’s Gotta Give” with Diane Keaton and Jack Nicholson, “The Nanny Diaries” with Scarlett Johansson and Laura Linney, “Something Borrowed” with Kate Hudson, John Krasinski, and Ginnifer Goodwin, “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” with Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet, and “Door in the Floor” with Jeff Bridges and Kim Basinger.
“We welcome the local well-heeled community to get involved as background players,” said Grant
Wilfley, President of Grant Wilfley Casting, Inc and Hamptons resident.
