The infamously hilarious Rita Rudner is coming to the East End with a performance at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center on Thursday, August 22. The award-winning actress and New York Times bestselling author will be bringing her sassy style of comedy to the Hamptons.
Rudner, who is a regular performer at The Venetian in Las Vegas, has done more than 2,000 shows in over ten years. She has also sold over one million tickets and become the longest-running solo show in the city’s history. Her resume includes parts in the original productions of “Follies” and “Mack and Mabel” on Broadway, as well as the world premiere of her play “Tickled Pink,” which was written with her husband Martin Bergman. The multi-talented comedienne has also written five books, including “Naked Beneath My Clothes,” “Rita Rudner’s Guide to Men,” “Tickled Pink,” “Turning the Tables” and “I Still Have It…I Just Can’t Remember Where I Put It.”
