A typical camp day starts with check-in. Surfers are encouraged to wear their own wetsuits to check-in, which maximizes their time in the water each day. They begin camp with a group stretch, followed by on-the-sand pop up drills to get familiar with standing up on the boards. Next they do surf forecasting, which is when we examine weather and water conditions and go over safety protocol specific to the day’s conditions. The rest of the camp day is spent surfing and playing games that develop campers’ surfing and swimming skills and techniques. There is a short snack break toward the middle of the surf session.

Lentsch is represented exclusively in the Hamptons by The White Room Gallery and is featured in their current exhibit YIN YANG. YIN being figurative. YANG abstract. @whiteroomgallerybh
