On Saturday, July 18th from 4 to 8 p.m., Empire State Pride Agenda is holding their annual Hamptons Tea Dance. Taking place at The Ark Project in Water Mill, the summer soiree is the largest LGBT event in the Hamptons.
This year’s event will pay tribute to the June 26th U.S. Supreme Court ruling that made marriage for same-sex couples legal. Along with celebrating nationwide marriage equality, the Hamptons Tea Dance will toast to Pride Agenda’s 25th anniversary. Once again, attendees will enjoy music from the legendary Lady Bunny, while sipping on seasonal cocktails, provided by Absolut and Coors Light. The afternoon of dancing and celebration will also feature fun for the little ones.
Founded in 1990, the Empire State Pride Agenda is New York’s statewide civil rights and advocacy group committed to achieving full equality and justice for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) New Yorkers and their families.
Tickets begin at $150.
The Ark Project is located at 60 Millstone Road in Water Mill. For more information, visit www.prideagenda.org.
