This performance of Thunderswamp will be the kickoff summer concert for the Southampton Arts Center.
"And what could be better than staging it right in the middle of Southampton at the height of summer in the glorious galleries of the Southampton Arts Center?" commented David Kratz, Academy President.
"The Old Whalers Church's growth and membership continue to mirror Sag Harbor's diverse and robust community and we're proud to be a part of the celebration," said Markard, one of the duet members who will perform at the celebration.
"The Great Lawn is a perfect location, since parking is readily available and everything from ice cream to a variety of restaurants is a short walk away," said Nola Thacker, WHFL Program Coordinator.
"We like to keep in mind that Sag Harbor is a place with a lot of different people with a lot of different stories to tell," said Michael Butler, Associate Director of The Sag Harbor Whaling & Historical Museum.
"I'm just looking forward to getting out there," Etheridge told us about her upcoming Hamptons concert.
"Our Monday and Sunday night summer concerts bring residents and visitors of all ages outdoors to commune, have fun listening and dancing to our talented, local musicians and patronize the downtown and Harbor area restaurants and take-outs," noted Laraine Creegan.
"The Thunderballs come to us highly recommended by Carlos Lama of Innersleeve Records in Amagansett," explained Amy Kirwin.
Dance Fusion: Barynya dance group brings traditional Russian cultural to life at the Southampton Cultural Center in "The Magic of Russia."
"We are a cool, exciting collective group of artists and we are grateful to have this amazing Gallery space for almost a full month to show our best stuff," said Lombardo.
