"As a not-for-profit organization, we are always trying to find ways to fund raise," explained Laraine Creegan.

"SoFo is very happy to be a resource center and present a platform for discussion and action with our environmental experts to learn how climate change is impacting our oceans and bays, coastal habitat, property and infrastructure, and ways we can help to correct the changes," explained Frank Quevedo.

"I pride myself on my passion and consideration for each person that walks into my restaurant," said Zach Erdem, who along with 75 Main has two new East End ventures.

"We need a big pot of money to ultimately offset the costs for fixing our problems," said Kevin McAllister.

"The most important thing we want all to take from the Shelter Island 10K Run is to give," said Mary Ellen Adipietro.

"We are positively thrilled to receive this grant from the NEA to help with the launch of 'Community Creates,'" added Steve Long, the Museum's president.

"The water that surrounds all of us is a most important issue," explained Christopher Kohan.

The "Give Where You Live" campaign was established to create awareness about the need for support of our charitable organizations on the East End.

"This Memorial Day weekend experience for vacationers and residents was laid-back and fun, the qualities that personify Montauk as a vacation spot for families," noted Paul Monte.

"Don't seek a job nor a career but find a calling - something you want to do all your life, that you will sacrifice for, but in the end, be rewarded; if not with fame at least with a life of choice," says Lenor Larsen.
