"What started as a way for friends to virtually hang out, learn basic cooking skills and how to make simple meals, turned into a full-fledged, weekly cooking series," Samakow told us.
"Last year proved that residents and visitors alike were craving top-quality sushi on the East End, which we were excited to deliver to homes, events and at our Water Mill location to diners nightly," said Garry Kanfer.
"As the world reopens, we wanted to create a new image of our food truck, one that feels romantic and lush with vegetation reflecting our love for the North Fork," Chef Fraser said.
