"During this time we felt it was important to produce something that inspires people to push outside the comfort zone and do something that makes them feel 'high of life,'" Wölffer told us about the new Wölffer offering.

"Sustainability is important to me; we are always exploring ways raise the "green" bar at my restaurants. We do a lot of repurposing of what would conventionally be considered scraps to reduce our food waste," Chef Burke told us.
"We always thought that our cheesecakes brought a touch of decadence and joy to every occasion, wherever they were eaten and this summer it's all about the Hamptons," said Bonnie Ponte.
"The Old Stove Pub holds a special place in the hearts of Hamptonites," noted DeCristofaro. "The history of the Pub is so rich, and restoring this property was a true labor of love."
"In typical Blue Point fashion, while everyone is rushing to innovate within the seltzer space, we've been busy looking towards what's next," said Blue Point general manager Carrie Shafir.
The eatery will highlight traditional island fare, which brings together authentic West Indian and French Caribbean dishes with a nouveau twist.
"I'm extremely excited to bring Kissaki, our style of Omakase Sushi and Kaiseki that honors Japanese tradition, to the Hamptons this summer," Garry Kanfer relayed.
