"Project MOST is thrilled to be working with Executive Chefs Adam Kelinson and Jeff Purrazzi on the Seed Exchange and Chef's Benefit Dinner to raise money for the Project MOST after school enrichment program that serves 350 students and their families every day after school," noted Susan Hanley.
"These workshops capture the compelling stories of foods that are disappearing from our plate," noted Mimi Edelman.
"It is expected that the campaign this fall will garner more than 160 participants," said Steve Haweeli.
