"A host of food trucks will be serving up samples of their most popular items - from cheesesteaks and beignets, to pulled chicken sliders and Greek gyros," noted Michaela Johnson.
"Shake Shack was actually born out of the kitchen of Eleven Madison Park, over 13 years ago when we opened our first location across the street in Madison Square Park," noted Culinary Director, Mark Rosati.
"This series never ceases to amaze us! Florence always features the hottest culinary celebrities and this year's chefs are no exception," shared Barbara-Jo Howard.
"It's so exciting to be honoring Marcus Samuelsson because not only is he one of the most award-winning chefs that has done great things for the Foundation, and for Harlem and the world, but he's also been a chef cooking around this tent honoring other Chefs & Champagne honorees through the years," Susan Ungaro told Hamptons.com.
"We will miss our daily involvement with customers and the community, but our family is committed to the area my parents have called home for more than four decades," shared Frankie Venesina.
"All I could think was, how many people could feel better from following Dr. Singleton's diet? They just don't have my Mom to make it easy and tasty," states Laura.
"Every year at Through Farms and Fields we look forward to an opportunity to honor people who have made an impact on the East End," noted John v.H. Halsey.
