"It is amazing to us that this event continues to grow and generate new attendees," shared Kathy Grigo.

"It is expected that the campaign this spring will garner more than 150 participants," noted Steve Haweeli.
"Celebrating diverse cultural heritages is basically what chefs do every day," explained Chef Jason Weiner.

"Cooking seasonally on the East End is made fun by the personal connections we make with the farmers, fisherman, baymen, and local artisans," Blutstein explained.

"It has been the local neighborhood's restaurant, bar, social hub and gathering place," noted Dan DeSmet. "We are trying to re-establish those roles."
