"When I set out for culinary school after years of running a small catering business, it was with the hopes of learning everything I could about cooking and the culinary arts," noted Carla Hall.

"We're always looking for ways to bring a taste of our Texas-style barbecue to the Hamptons," noted Marc Glosserman.
"This is meant to be a celebration of a true fishing community," said Arden Gardell-Gross.

The foodie event will feature food trucks from across the Island, who will bring the best of the best in mobile cuisine and catering.

"We are thrilled to be able to showcase the best of East End produce and food products and look forward to working with the community to bring more awareness of local food and food related issues," expressed Kathleen Masters, Executive Director of the Amagansett Food Institute.
