If you've been hosting (or been lucky enough to attend) a summer BBQ weekend after weekend, chances are you're looking for a new signature cocktail.
"We're always looking for ways to bring a taste of our Texas-style barbecue to the Hamptons," noted Marc Glosserman.
"This is meant to be a celebration of a true fishing community," said Arden Gardell-Gross.
In honor of the minty mixture, here are four mojito variations.
The foodie event will feature food trucks from across the Island, who will bring the best of the best in mobile cuisine and catering.
The start of July means Sharkmania is here.
"We are thrilled to be able to showcase the best of East End produce and food products and look forward to working with the community to bring more awareness of local food and food related issues," expressed Kathleen Masters, Executive Director of the Amagansett Food Institute.
"In finding these recipes with Helen Harrison's assistance, I was able to find the stories behind each one of these recipes," noted Robyn Lea.
If you're still creating your 4th of July BBQ menu, add Chef Alex Guarnaschelli's dish, which can be served as a starter or main course.
Bring on the red, white, and blue cocktails, because it's time to toast to the 4th of July.
