"The dinner is a critical part of funding The Center's programming," Debra McEneaney explained.
"Honestly, I need a full vacation from that Thanksgiving meal. I don't know about you guys, but I was struggling hardcore," Scarlett Johansson, who was spotted at The 1770 House over Thanksgiving week, joked on Live with Kelly and Ryan.
"Southampton's finest designers are using their talents to create a variety of Christmas trees for our annual Heartside Cheer," Tom Edmonds shared. "The trees will be auctioned off during the event to raise funds for the museum's many education programs."
"Our Holiday Party is one of our most popular fundraising events; full of good friends, good cheer, food, drinks, music, carolers, and a silent auction, it is our chance to say thank you to all our friends, neighbors and supporters before we ring in the new year," Richard Doctorow shared.
"I am always amazed at the generosity and the excitement of some many people who come out and support Maureen's Haven," Dan O'Shea said.
"Many of our neighbors struggle to put food on their tables, and this event ensures they have a warm meal and plenty of food to bring home," Mission Society President, Elsie McCabe Thompson said.
"They shared beautiful, personal stories of why Notre Dame held special significance to them," Jennifer Herlein said. "One person gave because his grandfather had fought in the war, and had been there when Paris was liberated. There were people who gave $10. There were people who gave $10,000."
"With it's long-standing tradition of 65 consecutive years, the Viennese Opera Ball demonstrates that the ballroom and the dance floor is the best platform for cultural exchange between distinguished guests and nations," President and Executive Director Silvia Frieser told the room.
"The Sag Harbor Historical Society works tirelessly to keep the Annie Cooper Boyd House open as a Sag Harbor treasure," Nancy Remkus of the Sag Harbor History Society shared. "Part of that mission is inviting our friends and neighbors in for fun community events."
