The Children’s Museum of the East End (CMEE) is reveling in the most festive time of the year by hosting a joyous gathering of their own – CMEE’s annual Holiday Ladies Night Fundraiser.
This year’s soiree will be held at Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton on Wednesday, December 11. “We’re delighted to celebrate the season with so many wonderful supporters of the Museum at Nick & Toni’s!” Steve Long, Children’s Museum of the East End President, shared.
From 6 to 8 p.m., party-goers will enjoy spectacular cocktails, an exciting silent auction, a fabulous collection of raffle prizes donated by local businesses, the chance to meet and mingle with other CMEE supporters, and more. “Not only does Wednesday promise to be incredibly fun—we’ve got a tarot card reader!—but the evening will help provide vital funds and raise awareness for our educational outreach efforts throughout the East End Community,” Long noted.
After Ladies Night ends, the merry fun can continue at Coche Comedor in Amagansett where Ladies Night attendees will receive a 20 percent discount.
“I hope everyone can join us!” Long added.
CMEE, which is one of Eastern Long Island’s most visited museums, hosts more than 75,000 museum-goers each year. Its mission is “to spark imagination and foster learning for children of all backgrounds and abilities and to build strong connections within the East End community by providing playful experiences.”
Individual tickets for the Holiday Ladies Night Fundraiser are $40 in advance and $45 at the door, while CMEE supporter tickets include the Star level (admission for one and provides books for “Cantemos,” the Museum’s family literacy program for Spanish speakers) for $75, Rock Star level (admission for two, five raffle tickets, and provides supplies books for the Museum’s “Wash and Play” literacy and music program taking place at local laundromats) for $150, and Shooting Star level (admission for four, ten raffle tickets, and provides art materials for the Head Start preschool at CMEE) for $250.
