"It is always a spirited event that brings the community together," shared Ken Lewis.
"Peconic Landing has been so wonderful to host this dinner every year for CAST," shared Linda Ruland, CAST Executive Director. "Their generosity enables all of the proceeds of the ticket money to go directly to CAST's Emergency Fund."
"Animal shelters are forced to deal with the overpopulation of dogs and cats on a daily basis," noted SASF Executive Director, Jerry Rosenthal.
"It's a great event for a great cause and people just sort of make fools of themselves, quite frankly," joked Nick Kraus.
"LongHouse is exceptionally honored to be paying tribute to the architects of The Obama Library at its Winter Benefit," shared Dianne Benson.
"Each year, more than 1,000 people attend this event. Our hope is that each one takes something away with them to make them heart healthy," said Kathy Munsch.
"The New York City Mission Society makes a real - and lasting - difference in the lives of so many New Yorkers. Tonight, we are not just throwing a party; we are helping children," Shafiroff told the room.
"Every time Katy's Kids meets at the Children's Museum, we are reminded that the role of play in helping kids cope with loss is truly invaluable," said Steve Long.
"Our volunteer ambulance and fire firefighters deserve not only our thanks, but additional financial support to be certain they are as safe as possible," shared Tracy Mitchell.
"It is an opportunity to show our appreciate and gratitude for the first responders," explained Joseph Traina.
