The instrument has had a resurgence in popularity in the last 20 years and there are now dulcimer groups across the country. This year in honor of out nation’s 250th birthday, popular songs from the Colonial period have been added to their programs. The group has performed for churches, children’s gatherings, farmer’s markets, libraries, and museums.
